At Geotech, we continue to work with our customers to minimise any impact of an instruments ongoing Servicing needs. On average, we process almost 400 instruments within the Service department on a monthly basis and we understand the wish of the customer to get units processed and returned as quickly as possible. To help us to achieve this, we ask that all analysers are sent to us with a completed ‘Service Return Form', including an official PO number to cover the Service charges. Failure to provide these may delay the completion and return of your instrument.
In addition, we recommend that the 'Service Return Label' is affixed to your parcel when it is sent to us so that it can be quickly identified and "fast-tracked" into the Service department, upon arrival.
