Service return label

To supplement the Service Return Form, we also request clients to affix a Service Return Label to their return packaging. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our service, we quickly try to identify service units and get them into the process as quickly as possible, thus trying to reduce the delay to our customers.

We enclose a copy of the Service Return Label below for your reference. A copy is also included in the Service Return Information Pack that is enclosed when a unit is returned from service.
