Overseas shipping

If you are returning units for service from outside the UK, we request that you use UPS as the carrier. The main reason for this is that UPS are fully set up to deal with our high level of service return units.

Critical to this smooth process is complete and accurate documentation, and more specifically, accurate commodity codes and product descriptions. This helps to facilitate customs processing of theses items.

We request that you use the following commodity codes for shipments to us:

Gas Analysers (all types): 902750 00 00
Gas analyser spares / accessories: 902790 50 00
Remediation Products: 902610 21 90

It is possible that the above codes may change and we will of course advise if this is the case.
