Inwards assessment

When your analyser arrives, it is booked onto our central control database prior to an inwards gas check.

Structural Check:- Instrument is checked for any damage, cracks, scratches etc that may affect either it's operation or it's intrinsic safety.
General Operation:- Checks that the unit is switched on, operates and contains enough charge for the inwards gas check cycle.
Water Ingress / Blockage:- Filters are checked for water ingress or blockage
Pump Operation:- The unit is tested to ensure that it draws a sample

Units that pass are then subject to an inwards gas check. Failed ones then enter the repair process

Inwards Gas Check:- Units are subject to a number of gas tests to create an "as received" picture. This is subsequently used to determine the accuracy of the unit and provide detailed results to our service technicians for review.
